Owner & Artist
Krystle is a Maryland based artist, visual design strategist, graphic designer, illustrator, mom, military wife, recreational volleyball player, amateur karaoke singer, and movie/marvel/anime enthusiast.

She's been in the Graphic Design industry for over 10 years, but her passion for art started when she could hold a crayon. She would say that she started doing graphic design in the 1900s with anime illustrations and personalized backgrounds / websites for Geocities, MySpace, Friendster, etc.

Krystle currently work as an Innovation Visual Design Strategist / Lead Technologist for Booz Allen Hamilton supporting the U.S. Navy. Previously, she worked as a Graphic Designer / Team Lead for the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations, External Affairs; Graphic Artist for the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR); Graphic / Multimedia Specialist for Washington Headquarters Services; and the Graphic Designer for the Asian Pacific American Forum at Booz Allen Hamilton. Krystle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Communications with a Minor in Business Administration from the University of Maryland University College.

Graphic Design Student Intern
Sahrya is Kwento's newest intern. She joined the Kwento team in April 2023 as a Graphic Design Intern. She is currently studying Graphic Design at Anne Arundel Community College. Sahrya works with the owner to develop design concepts / campaigns and helps with events.
CHARLIZE VILLANUEVA
Operations Student Intern
Charlize has been an Operations intern since September 2022. In January 2024, she obtained her Arts and Sciences Associate Degree at the College of Southern Maryland (CSM). She will attend Sienna College to study Data Science.

Charlize loves using logic to solve problems and loves the challenge of finding a way to discover solutions. She has been a tremendous help with all aspects of Kwento's business operations.
